Hongqi’s new models EH7 & EHS7 premiere at the Paris Motor Show, simultaneous pre-sale in Europe

A few days ago, FAW revealed that it will bring new energy products EH7 & EHS7 to the 90th Paris International Motor Show in France, and will start pre-sale in Europe at the same time. This is another highlight moment for the Hongqi brand in the European market after the Goodwood Festival in the UK.

As the first model launched after the independent operation of the new energy sub-brand, it is based on the new FMEs "flag" super architecture, with a maximum cruising range of 820km. The front of the car is designed with a closed front face, highlighting the attributes of new energy. The "L" style light groups on both sides of the front are integrated with the longitudinal ventilation openings on both sides of the front surround to form an integrated design. The front surround is also equipped with an arc-shaped double-layer heat dissipation opening in the middle, which makes the overall shape quite visual impact.

In terms of power, Hongqi EH7 offers single motor and version options, including a version with a combined power of 455kW, an 85kWh and 111kWh battery pack, with a cruising range of 640km and 760km respectively. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 253kW and is equipped with 75kWh, 85kWh and 111kWh battery packs, with a cruising range of 600km, 690km and 820km respectively.

Officially launched at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, it is positioned as a pure electric medium and large SUV, equipped with front and rear dual motors, optional lidar, and air suspension depending on the configuration.

Hongqi EHS7 is a medium and large pure electric SUV that adopts the new design concept of Hongqi New Energy and is equipped with the "flag" super architecture to provide a "peace of mind and intelligent enjoyment" travel experience. Inheriting the safe and reliable genes of the Hongqi brand, it provides users with national car-level safety protection and solid battery life.

In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the Hongqi EHS7 are 4925/1950/1680mm respectively (the height of the whole vehicle is 1665mm when the air spring suspension is optional), and the wheelbase is 3000mm. In the battery part, the matching capacity of the Hongqi EHS7 is 111kWh, the two-wheel drive version has a cruising range of 730 kilometers, and the four-wheel drive version has a cruising range of 680 kilometers.

This time, the Hongqi EH7 and Hongqi EHS7, which will be pre-sold in Europe at the Paris Motor Show, have excellent handling flexibility, long battery life and excellent driving stability, demonstrating strong innovation strength and exquisite manufacturing technology.
