On November 15th, 2025 EV5 was officially launched at Guangzhou International Auto Show, with a price of 149,800-214,800 yuan. With the arrival of the 2025 EV5 and EV5 GT-Line, Kia has formally built an EV5 pure electric family consisting of 12 vehicle versions, including 530km standard battery life version, 720km long battery life version and high-performance GT-Line.
The 2025 EV5 continues the product strength foundation of EV5, in which the standard endurance version is equipped with a 64.2kWh battery pack and the CLTC cruising range is 530km；; The 720 Long Life Edition is equipped with an 88.1kWh battery pack and a high-power front motor with a maximum power of 160kW and a peak torque of 310 N m. The CLTC cruising range is 720km.
In terms of intelligent technology configuration, the 2025 EV5 is equipped with a 27-inch integrated triple screen, and the long-life version also provides an 11.3-inch HUD head-up display, and has developed dozens of practical apps in deep cooperation with Baidu and Tencent. In addition, the 2025 EV5 is equipped with L2+ intelligent driving assistance system, with 18 advanced driving assistance functions, including front collision prevention assistance, expressway driving assistance and remote control intelligent parking assistance.
In order to create a more comfortable and advanced cockpit environment for consumers, the 2025 EV5 has added a blue-gray interior color scheme, and the material selection of the cabin interior has been greatly improved. The steering wheel is wrapped in leather with more texture, the seat of the 530 main sales model is upgraded to full plant leather, and the door material is upgraded to plant leather package.
At the same time, the 2025 EV5 has also been upgraded and improved in terms of intelligent and convenient configuration. Among them, the multi-function touch button panel is upgraded to matte material, and the hidden electric automatic door handle expands the application scope of the model, and the configuration such as electric folding of the exterior rearview mirror is added, which not only improves the convenience of travel, but also adds a sense of technology to the whole vehicle.

The new car comes standard with a system with a maximum power of 233kW, a peak torque of 480N·m, and a CLTC cruising range of 580km, which meets the strong power and takes into account the long cruising range.
On the basis of continuing the comfortable driving experience of EV5, EV5 GT-Line adopts GT-Line’s exclusive two-color appearance and black-and-white two-color interior, and specially provides ebony black monochrome options to fill the dynamic atmosphere of the whole vehicle.
